All pieces are thoughtfully handmade and shipped from Fremont, Nebraska.
Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom orders require 2–3 weeks for creation before shipment. Each piece is crafted with care, and we appreciate your patience while it’s being made just for you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase price and are determined by your local customs authority.
Delays or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Returns on Ready-to-Ship Items
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for ready-to-ship items only.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
Unworn
Unused
In original packaging

with your order number.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or personalized pieces
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
